Studio Policy

Thank you for studying piano at EKo Piano Studio.  I gladly reserve time on my schedule to be available for your musical goals and needs.  To provide you with the best that I have to offer, please see my general policies.  A more detailed policy will be provided to prospective students.  

Commitment                                     To enroll, a commitment is required for the full academic year.

Scheduling

Once a time slot is confirmed, it is guaranteed for the entire academic year.

Scheduling conflicts need to be communicated. 

Payment

Tuition statements will be sent out to students or parents.

Tuition payments are due one week following the receipt of your tuition statement.

Cancellations

No-shows or last minute cancellations (on the day of a lesson) will be forfeited and not eligible for make-up classes.

Refunds, reschedules or makeups will not be provided for any lesson cancellations after lesson schedule and tuition have been set.
